Speaking & Workshops

Practical conversations about neurodiversity, mindfulness, and moving from surviving to thriving — for audiences around the world

My approach blends professional practice, lived experience, and real-world tools — helping audiences feel understood, hopeful, and equipped to make meaningful change.

Sessions draw on CBT, ACT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), and are grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming approach open to all brain types.
