Speaking & Workshops
Practical conversations about neurodiversity, mindfulness, and moving from surviving to thriving — for audiences around the world
I provide speaking and workshops globally, working with conferences, schools, health services, and workplaces to explore ADHD, neurodiversity, mental wellbeing, and mindful living. My approach blends professional practice, lived experience, and real-world tools — helping audiences feel understood, hopeful, and equipped to make meaningful change.
Sessions draw on CBT, ACT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), and are grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming approach open to all brain types.
